Committed to Business Owners

After graduating early and quickly joining the Washington State Bar Association, Michael P. Woo started his formal law practice in March of 2015. Starting with a single client that needed a small amount of outside legal help, his practice has grown and thrived in the Puget Sound region in the areas of business law, contractual negotiations, and landlord-tenant matters. Our clients have holdings as far north as Whatcom county and as far south as Central Oregon, and the firm has assisted in legal matters throughout the region.

Michael P. Woo

Founder and Owner Michael P. Woo focuses on representing property owners and businesses. A former congressional intern, he approaches matters with an end-goal oriented approach, advising and representing clients in a matter to best achieve their aims while minimizing their costs and liabilities. Throughout his practice, he’s learned the subtle nuances of law and business through experiences and has self-taught much of the finer details of his specialties. While not his largest case by far, he has a particular pride in securing a $300,000 judgment for a group of investors after having completely self-taught the process for pursuing a claim on a promissory note.

Outside of his formal practice, Michael serves on the board for a local non-profit and is a particular fan of tabletop games and hiking.
